My husband found Brian Bean on the Internet to assist in selling our home. Brian provided great advice to my husband and I about positioning the house to sell quickly. Brian helped to manage the repairs and even helped to find handy men to do repairs. The house was only on the market for two days with over ten offers and sold for almost 20K more than the asking price.
